At The Wellery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, sizing issues, or normal wear and tear.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
We only replace items in the rare case that a product arrives physically damaged or defective. In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at thewelleryjewels@gmail.com or contact us via Instagram direct messaging, including clear photo evidence of the issue and your order details. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once marked as delivered
- Misuse, improper handling, or normal product wear
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
